- Math Manipulatives Solicitation/Request for Quote Heroes and Shughart Math Manipulatives The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a Firm-Fixed price Purchase Order for Math Manipulative's. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This acquisition is solicited as open market under National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 423920; a single award will result from solicitation HEVAS6-11-T-0024. This requirement is for two Elementary Schools, one in Cameron, NC and one in Camp Lejeune, NC. This notice is a request for competitive quotes. All quotes must be received NLT 15 August 2011, 2:00 PM EST. Questions may be submitted in writing to Sandra.Floyd@am.dodea.edu by 9 August 2011 at 2:00PM EST. Request you provide me your best quote on the item(s) and/or services listed in the attached spreadsheet. All offered items must meet specifications shown. In addition, offers are to include model number and catalog item description information. Failure to submit this information may render the offer unacceptable. Add all discount opportunities when placing quotes. Brand name items or equal will be evaluated for acceptability and best value considering price and other factors. You may include pictures/illustrations with your response. This requirement is all inclusive for new equipment only. Used or refurbished equipment will not be accepted. The Government plans to make a firm-fixed price purchase order to the offered with the quote most advantageous to the Government without holding discussions or debriefings.. Also, please submit the information listed below with your quote. This business information is necessary in order to process a contract purchase order in the government procurement database. a. Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment. Quotes must clearly indicate any open market items. Open market items are subject to FAR 8.402. If shipping costs and inside delivery are not included in the unit price, you must provide for shipping and delivery on an additional line item. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice.
