Description

The purpose of this contract is to procure a web-based property and preservation cost estimator tool that provides repair, replacement or improvement costs to effectively and efficiently estimate the cost of property preservation and repair. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number R-OPC-23876 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This RFQ is 100% set aside exclusively for competition amongst small businesses.
