- AMENDMENT 004 AMENDMENT 004 ISSUED to change Specification Section per Errata Sheet. AMENDMENT 003 ISSUED to extend the bid opening date to August 9, 2011. AMENDMENT 002 ISSUED to extend the bid opening date and change Specification Section per Errata Sheet. AMENDMENT 001 ISSUED to extend the bid opening date. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: 400 RUSSELL AVE., BELLE CHASSE, LA 70037 This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to replace 1,000 square feet of sagging metal roof deck. Replace 5,600 square feet of modified bituminous roofing, provide 3 new AC units on new roof curbs, provide 5 new exhaust fans on new roof curbs, install 10,200 square feet of elastomeric roof coating and replace 13,100 square feet of suspended acoustical ceiling. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million.
