- Description
- MICC FLW ICO intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, with UNICOR, under authority of FAR 6.302-5(b) for the procurement of Office Furniture for Buildings 962 and 963. Sole Source determination is based upon statute 18 U.S.C. 4124 and Far Part 8.6, mandatory source procedures. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, Fort Leonard Wood, MO and is required within 45 days after receipt of order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423210, and the size standard is 100 employees. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by August 11, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
