- RECOVERY - THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a sole source contract to an 8(a) firm for limited design/furniture services required for the Mobility Lab project. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) contains specific acquisition requirements that must be met when using funds appropriate by the Act. Acquisitions must comply with the FAR.
