- Mission & Installation Contracting Command is intending to sole source this specialized intelligence software licence from Palantir. This special notice is provided as a notice for a sole source requirement. The Government is seeking intelligence analytical software platform supports for on-going intelligence and investigative efforts for criminal and military threats in Iraq and Afghanistan. The software will interact with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency(DIA). This notice is for information only to satisfy synosis requirement to meet FAR Part 5.202. System must be interoperable with external organizations systems (CIA and DIA) and with the users software.
