- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) resulting into a firm-fixed price award to offer that represents best value to the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS is 331111 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. PSC is 5680. CLIN 0001: 3' x 3' x 12' Zinc-coated, galvanized steel gabion baskets with nominal mesh opening of 3 " x 4 ". Compliant to ASTM A975-97, ASTM A641/A641M-03, ASTM A370-97a, ASTM A90/A90M-01, ASTM A313/A313M-98, and ASTM A764-95(2001). Purchase and delivery to Nambe Falls, New Mexico (Lat 35 50 45 N; Long 105 54 20 W) of materials only. No assembly required. 200 pieces at $___________ each, for a total offer of $_______________, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. FOB: Destination to Nambe Falls. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. By the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, technical capability to meet the described government need, and price will be evaluated equally. Additionally, ability to deliver within 48 hours of award will be given preference during the evaluation process. The following addendum to 52.212-2 applies: WBR 1452.225-82 Notice of World Trade Organizations Government Procurement Agreement Evaluations; WBR 1452.211-80 Notice of Intent to Acquire Metric Products and Services. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications must be completed and be active online at http://orca.bpn.gov.
