- DLA Maritime - Portsmouth, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via other than full and open competition, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13.5, SAP Test Program, for a sole source procurement with Bartlett Services, Inc. for 1 Lot of Excel Modular Scaffolding with the Option for 1 additional Lot. The list of scaffolding required shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-11-Q-3039, shall be posted on or about 15 AUGUST 2011 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 332323 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of current registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
