- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation to: replace portions of a gravel pave material in parking lot with concrete paving; remove and replace portions of the concrete sidewalk; remove and replace concrete patio; remove and replace concrete parking barriers; remove and replace stairs; crack and slurry seal wareyard parking; remove and replace asphalt shingles and underlayment; remove and replace rain gutters and down spouts; install new metal fascia and vented soffit; remove and replace acoustical ceiling tiles and tracks; remove existing windows and replace with new vinyl windows; replace ductwork on the attic and provide air balancing service for both floors within the indicated area; remove existing data cabling and replace with new cabling and equipment racks; and install new insulation in attic of building. Project is located at the GSENM Administration Building in Garfield Country, UT. Site visit is scheduled for August 17, 2011 at 11:00 am. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days, estimated to begin October 03, 2011. This is a Total HubZone Set-aside. All SBA certified HubZone companies may submit an offer which will be considered. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee-20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds-100% of the contract price each.
