Description

Solicitation Amendment -02. This amendment makes the changes discussed in the Questions and Answers document resulting from the pre-bid conference. The SF-1442 is changed, and changes are made in Sections I, II, III, and IV. Changes are also made in Attachment 2. Instead of asking bidders to note the changes in the earlier version, or providing several change pages, we are providing a new solicitation document including the SF-1442, Sections I through V, and Attachments 1 and 2. Attachments 3 and 4 are unchanged and are not re-provided here. Solictation Amendment -02 is provided. This amendment makes the changes discussed in the Questions and Answers document. For the convenience of bidders, a complete superseding solicitation is provided, including attachments 1 (wage determination) and 2 (Forest Service Supplemental Specification). Attachments 3 and 4 (plans/drawings) are unchanged and are not re-provided here. Attachment 1 is also unchanged. The date and time set for receipt of proposals is unchanged as 2:00pm on August 16, 2011.
