- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Sixty-eight(68) Concrete barriers: constant slope, constructed with min. 4000 psi concrete, reinforced with 1/2 rebar, and have interconnectability with 5/8 inch chains or 3/4 inch cables. Surface to resemble lava rock, must be transportable via contractor-provided forklift. Dimensions/Qty: 7.5 - 8 ft (L), 2.5 - 3 feet(D), 2.5 - 3 feet (H) - 56 each; 3.5 - 4 feet (L), 2.5 - 3 feet(D), 2.5 - 3 feet (H) - 12 each. Quote to include delivery to 9th RRC in Puerto Rico, SAIPAN.
