- This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Haemonetics Corporation, 400 Wood Road, Braintree, MA 02184 for Preventive Maintenance Service of four (4) Model ACP 215 Cell Washer Units located in the US Naval Hospital, Guam, Laboratory Department. Period of performance is 01 October 2011 through 30 September 2012, with 2 option years. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
