- FA5685-11-Q-0061-0003 The purpose of this amendment is to further clarify Unit of Issue - "LENGTH" for CLINS 0013-0014. The industry standard for the Unit of Issue "LENGTH" is 10feet in regards to electrical conduit. Therefore, a quantity of "1" and Unit of Issue of "LENGTH" would equal 10 feet; a quantity of "2" and a Unit of Issue of "LENGTH" would equal 20 feet and so on.
