- Solicitation Number: N65236-11-R-0075Title: Business and Force Support (BFS) PortfolioDescription: 03 August 2011 This synopsis is to advise industry that SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends toissue Request for Proposal N65236-11-R-0075 for Business Force Supportservices. The anticipated work will include providing the ability to execute mission-essential business operations and other business and force support functionsby developing, delivering and supporting systems and applications in thefunctional areas of Acquisition, Financial Management, Civilian Personnel,Legal, Administration, Military Manpower and Personnel, Logistics (includesFacilities, Environmental, Material, and Supply Management), Training &Education, Medical, Travel, Strategic Planning, Base Facility Support, andSecurity Systems. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of$27M. Government estimate for this effort is approximately $99 million. Thissolicitation will be fulfilled through a competitive, 8 (a) procurement. Thecontractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the PWS. Aperformance based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract isanticipated with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price and fixedprice incentive (firm targets) orders. The ordering period will include a baseyear with four one-year options. Multiple awards may be made.
