- 8/3/2011 This synopsis is to advise industry that SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends toissue Request for Proposal N65236-11-R-0074 for Decision Superiority (DS)support services. The anticipated work will include the entire spectrum of non-inherentlygovernmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated withthe full system lifecycle support including research, development, test,evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, andinteroperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, CombatSystems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), InformationOperations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities.Although not limited beyond the description above, this contract has a primaryfocus on mission capabilities within the DS Portfolio. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 541330 with a size standard of$27M. Government estimate for this effort is approximately $99M. Thissolicitation will be a competitive preference program small business set-aside.The contractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the PWS.A performance based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract isanticipated with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price and fixedprice incentive (firm targets) orders.
