- INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE - REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA DRIVEN APPROACHES TO CRIME AND TRAFFIC SAFETY (DDACTS). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Transportation Safety Institute/Traffic Safety Division intends to award a Single Source acquisition for the DDACTS revision and implementation requirement to First Response Enterprises of Sunset Beach, NC. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal.
