- Description
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award on a sole source basis, under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (dollar threshold of $150,000), a firm fixed price award to the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs, Inc. or NCPDP, 9240 E. Raintree Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 for a project entitled ' Licenses renewal for NCPDP Database of Part D Pharmacy Codes and Data Information'. This is a requirement for a licenses renewal for four platforms for NCPDP database of Part D pharmacy codes and data information for electronic delivery of NCPDP files to CMS on a weekly basis with a monthly master file distribution. It should include a free upgrade to 3.0 dataQ. The NAICS Code is 813910. The period of performance is 08/17/2011 to 8/16/2012. NCPDP is an ANSI-accredited standard1 for a diverse membership focused on health care and pharmacy business solutions. The contractor shall also provide technical assistance to CMS to resolve file transfer issues. All responsible sources may submit a response, which, if received timely, must be considered by the Agency. Expressions of interest and statements of capability must be emailed to Phillip.Harrell@cms.hhs.gov. Statements of capabilities must be received within 4 days from the published date of this notice. In addition, all interested contractors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration System (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
