- RFQ FORM FOR RA1330-11-RQ-1215 This is a presolicitation notice to remove and replace with a new water heater boiler for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) located at Point Adams Research Station, 520 Heceta Place, Hammond, OR 97121, includes providing a new expansion tank and flue venting. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $14.0 M. Performance period shall be 120 days from date of award. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 10:00 am PST. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on August 04, 2011 and closes August 16, 2011 no later than 04:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
