- Statement of Work Solicitation W91B4N-R-7003 Technical and Management Support Service to the 313 th Joint Movement Control Battalion (JMCB) staff in support of the Host National Trucking (HNT) / National Afghan Trucking (NAT) Contract and to support twelve (12) Movement Control Teams (MCT) conducting Air Regulation Operations / Aerial Departure / Arrival Control Group (A/DACG) operations and Air Movement Request management for rotary wing operations. The period of performance is one (1) twelve (12) month base period with two (2) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each. The required services need to be fully operational no-later-than 15 September 2011 of Contract Award. This acquisition will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedure in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 to make an award. Due to security clearence requirements ONLY US CITIZENS WITH AN ACTIVE SECRUITY CLEARENCE can be utilized to provide this service. This RFP closes on Friday, 12 August 2011 at 12:00 PM EST. All proposals submitted after this time will not be considered for evaluation.
