- Proposals are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W911S7-11-R-0020 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 dated 02 August 2010. This is procurement is restricted to Small Business under NAICS 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. Ft. Leonard Wood MO requires the following items: CLIN 0001- 1 each - CCTV SYSTEM, PRIMARY CARE CLINIC, see attached SOW for details CLIN 0001- 1 each - CCTV SYSTEM, INPATIENT/SUPPLY PHARMACY, see attached SOW for details CLIN 0003- 1 each - INSTALLATION OF SYSTEM, see attached SOW for details Basis for award is the vendor offering the lowest evaluated price for items conforming to the technical requirements specified for each item. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and willing to register in Wide Area Work Flow. All vendors must have a current Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A Site Visit will be held 03 August 2011 at 0900hrs (Local Time). Technical questions will be addressed during the course of the site visit. If government responses to technical questions affect the Scope of Work, a follow-on Amendment to the Solicitation will be issued. This will be the only site visit scheduled so all potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Participants will meet at-Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Leonard Wood, Building 606, 561 Iowa Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. All participants must have their own transportation; Government transportation will not be provided. Participants must bring a hard-hat to the site visit. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on 19 August 2010.
