- Pre- Solicitation notice seeking Service and Maintenance Agreement for Hologic/CYTYC thin Prep 2000 System located at VA Upstate New York Healthcare Facility, Buffalo, New York. This procurement will be open market procurement. The successful offeror will be required to provide service and maintenance, furnish all labor, parts, tools and equipment as applicable. The period of performance is Date of Award - July 31, 2012 with four (4) option years thereafter. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR parts 12, 13 & 15. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $19.0 million dollars. This solicitation package shall be available on 08/04/2011.
