- GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL may have a requirement to purchase research and advisory licenses. This is a sources sought to gain market research information. The scope of this effort is to a 1-year Web-and phone-based service to provide access to time-proven impartial research information. Deliver location would be at Air University, Maxwell-Gunter Annex, AL 36114. Below is the statement of requirement for review. Subscription required to provide research and advisory capabilities so HQ AU/A4/6 may maintain a strong program to ensure the effective and efficient expenditure of IT resources within AU schools and centers. To this end, A4/6 recommends the purchase of a 1-year Web-and phone-based service to provide access to time-proven impartial research information (advisory and research-service licenses). Vendor must provide on-line training (as required) for AU/A4/6 members receiving said licenses on the use of the research and advisory services IAW Statement of Work. Vendor must also establish and maintain user identification credentials, user IDs, and passwords.
