- The US Government currently occupies 34,068 rentable square feet (rsf) of space, fully serviced. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a superseding lease for 34,068 rsf, based on economic, mission and other factors. The Government will consider relocation only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include, but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State: Florida City: Vero Beach Delineated Area: North: 20th Street South: 8th Street West: 27th Avenue East: Indian River Blvd Minimum SF: 30,232 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces: 64 surface Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
