- DLA Maritime, Portsmouth, Contracting Office, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME intends to negotiate via full and open competition, a firm fixed-price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation for the Urgent procurement of 1 Each LEVEL 1 TRIDENT PROP SHAFT SLEEVE manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-24615A, Grade B, UNS #N06625, NAVSEA Drawing 4678497-L. Items are QA Level 1 with DD-1423 Data Requirements. Instructions, specifications, drawings, testing, data requirements and if required, DD2345 security requirements shall be set forth within the written solicitation. The solicitation, SPMYM3-11-R-3044, shall be posted on or about 19 August 2011 via a separate notification. Telephone requests are not authorized and shall not be accepted. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 331522 with a small business standard of 500 employees. Important notice: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies.
