- Solicitation Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to perform the below scope. Subcontractor shall provide Monthly Routine Spraying for ants, roaches and spiders for the following buildings: •1. Project Management Office Complex (PMOC) #CD012 •2. Information Technology #CD013 •3. Business Operations (BizOps) #CD014 •4. 5A Warehouse •5. Onsite Safety Office (OSO) #CD008 •6. Mask Issue Facility (MaskFit) #CD009 •7. Safety Annex #CD010 •8. Site Maintenance Facility (SMF) #CD001 •9. Onsite Warehouse #801 •10. WA #CD003 •11. Personnel Support Building (PSB) #802 •12. Personnel Support Building II (PSB2) #803 •13. Personnel and Maintenance Building (PMB) / Treaty #805 •14. Laboratory #806 •15. Electrical Maintenance Facility (EMF) •16. Mechanical Maintenance Facility (MMF) •17. Static Detonation Chamber Building (SDC) #695 Subcontractor shall provide quarterly treatment of carpenter bees and rodent stations at each of the following decks per building: •1. PMOC - 5 •2. IT - 2 •3. BizOps - 3 •4. OSO - 3 •5. PSB - 2 •6. PSB II - 4 •7. Safety Annex - 3 •8. MaskFit - 2 •9. WA - 4 •10. PMB / Treaty - 5 •11. Lab - 2 Subcontractor shall provide flea extermination services on an as-needed basis. Method used shall be discussed with Subcontract Administrator to ensure MSDS information is obtained and approved prior to work. Subcontractor shall provide MSDS with offer for all chemicals expected to be brought onsite during period of performance.
