U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Tenant: United States Department of Agriculture (USDA - APHIS) State: Hawaii City: Honolulu Delineated Area: North : H1 to Iwaena Road to Halawa Crusher Road to H201(includes Halawa Valley industrial park complex) East: Junction of H1and H201 South: N. Nimitz Highway to Lagoon Drive to Aolele Street to Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) (to include industrial area south of Kamehameha Hwy near the water's edge of East Loch) West: Junction of H1 and Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,085 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,289 ABOA Sq.Ft. (RSF): 4,698 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 13 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 13 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: •· Offsite parking of at least 10 spaces should be within one to two blocks away. •· If the offered space is on the 2 nd floor or above, a minimum of two accessible elevators are required. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. •· The space must be contiguous on a single floor in a secure, single envelope of space. •· Easy access to the public transportation and amenities is preferred. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA-PBS, State and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, free of asbestos, accessibility Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) compliant or, if not, landlord must be willing to make the building fully ABAAS compliant. The building also needs to be capable of being fully accessible to the physically challenged, meets OSHA requirements, must be seismic compliant, and is located outside a 100-year or 500-year floodplain.
