Nimitz Highway to Lagoon Drive to Aolele Street to Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) (to include industrial area south of Kamehameha Hwy near the water's edge of East Loch) West: Junction of H1 and Kamehameha Highway (Route 99) Minimum Sq. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA-PBS, State and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, free of asbestos, accessibility Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) compliant or, if not, landlord must be willing to make the building fully ABAAS compliant.
