- Solicitation Cover page Work includes, but is not limited to: duct cleaning service. All work will be performed at the Federal Building/Courthouse, Rapid City, South Dakota. Work shall be completed within 45 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated award date is September 1, 2011. Information regarding a site visit can be found in the attached document. A site visit is recommended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation GS-08P-11-VL-P-0058 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. The NAICS Code is 561790 and the size standard is $7,000,000. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions.
