- Description
- The National Park Service has a requirement for digitizing and transcribing oral history tapes for War in the Pacific National Historic Park, Hagatna, Guam. Scope of Work: The Contractor will furnish all labor, management, supplies, equipment and materials including archival-quality CD's and DVD's needed to complete the project other than those to be furnished by the National Park Service. The work includes digitize analog oral history tapes (approx. 75 hours of audio and 100 hours of video), transcribe oral history tapes (approx. 65 hours of audio and 90 hours of video), summarize each interview and may include translation and transcription of Japanese digitized materials (24 items comprising 16 different individuals - approx. 30 hours) This requirement is being sought under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13. A Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued ON or AFTER August 18, 2011. Interested parties will submit a quote in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the RFQ. Award will be made to the contractor who provides the Best Value to the government, price and other factors considered. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
