- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West Point, N.Y. is seeking sources to provide four meeting rooms; One conference room that can accomodate 150-200 seated people, three breakout rooms to hold 50 people in each room at the same time and one executive board room. Also required is a registration area, Wi-Fi in all meeting rooms, projector screens, parking for two buses and catering services. This service will take place in Atlantic City, N.J. for the Army Research Lab symposium in November 2011. Any hotel source can respond to this sources sought. This is not a solicitation but merely market reseach to ascertain hotel availability that can accomodate the above stated requirements.
