- Description
- The National Park Service intends to issue a Solicitation (#P11PS51419) for one Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide various lighting materials for delivery to Big Cypress National Preserve, Ochopee, Florida 34141. This will be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The anticipated delivery time is 30 calendar days after receipt of an order. This Solicitation will be issued electronically, on the Department of Interiors National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or at www.fbo.gov on or about August 16, 2011, with a response date of September 13, 2011. No paper copies will be issued. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI should register at the National Business Center. Proposal documents will be made available in the Microsoft Word, HTML and Adobe PDF. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing http://ideasec.nbc.gov site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Interested parties will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents. Any questions MUST be submitted via email to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov by noon (EST) on August 25, 2011. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the National Park Service must be registered at www.ccr.gov and http://orca.bpn.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610, and the small business size standard is 100 employees; this will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote ONLINE, which if submitted in a timely manner, will be considered. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued.
