- To obtain 2 (two) fully functional Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Head Impact Protection (HIP) test fixtures and 1 (one) modified HIP test fixture. This includes the test fixtures themselves as well as any supporting devices, including free motion headform impactors, free motion headforms, data acquisition equipment and calibration equipment. Includes fabrication, build and installation of the HIPs into a laboratory facility at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Chesterfield Township, MI.
