Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Medical Center, Saint Petersburg, Florida has a requirement for shelving at a new VA facility in Cape Coral, Florida. All information shall be furnished at no cost to the Government and can be sent via email to leslie.hawkins2@va.gov. No questions or enquiries will be accepted by telephone. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This award will be made using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number VA-248-11-RQ-1011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective July 23, 2010 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010.
