- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to perform scrub, cleaning, and recoating of hardwood gym floors. Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) Standards, manufacturer specifications and commercial practices for hardwood floors. Locations are at various Army installations, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This procurement consist of an existing contract. The current contractor is Federal Maintenance Hawaii Inc., 823 Olive Ave Ste 3, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786. Contract includes a one-year base and one option year with a contract price of $101K. This procurement will result in a Requirements type contract for the services specified. As such, performance shall be made only as authorized by official Delivery Orders issued by the Government, on an as needed basis only. Except as this contract otherwise provides, the Government shall order form the awarded Contractor all the services specified in the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance is 17 September 2011- 16 September 2012 with four option year periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Issued solicitation packages will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi). After the initial ASFI page loads, go to "Contracting Opportunities Search", Select Contract Office: "RCO Hawaii (PARC Pacific, 413th CSB)", then "Continue" button. Once the solicitation is posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes.
