- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Antenna Test Facility (ATF) at the Electronic Proving Grounds (EPG) located at Fort Huachuca, AZ, has a requirement for radio frequency amplifiers and power supplies for these amplifiers. The items are used at the Antenna Test Facility (ATF) for Radio Frequency (RF) distribution throughout the ATF. They are used as a component in an assembly that is used both indoors and outdoors. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This is a brand name or equal requirement for: CLIN 0001 8 x Agilent RF Amplifier - Agilent 83006A Amplifier, 0.01-26.5 GHz, 20 dB gain. CLIN 0002 8 x Agilent Power Supply - Agilent 87421A power supply, 2 m cable included. The salient characteristics of these items are provided in the attached document. Quotes must meet the specifications outlined in the salient characteristics in order to be considered for award. The due date/time for quotes is 11 August 2011 at 1500 hrs AZ time.
