- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: The 176 Mission Support Contracting Element, JBER, Alaska intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of the following military drysuits for rescue operations. All items below are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339920. 31 EACH Alaska Pararescue TLS Drysuit. DUI Part Number:181240. Suit base color and sleeves Int'l Yellow w/ Retroreflective tape Orange Shoulder overlay orange Butt overlay Orange Knee overlay 13.5" Kevlar Kneepads 13.5" Kevlar Elbowpads Relief Zipper Latex Neck and Wrist Zipseals Large Bellows Pockets w/ internal D-ring installed on Right and Left Thighs Velcro Pile sewn to suit upper left shoulder for Strobe attachment Turbo Sole Boot Automatic, non-adjustable cuff exhaust valve installed left outer forearm 212th patch installed on shoulder. The anticipated award date is 26 August 2011. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice.
