- Sample Pricing Schedule Solicitation SF 1449 to be completed and returned with the proposal The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to set aside this IT Governance Support Services Requirement for SBA Certified 8(a) firms. This requirement will provide software testing, integration and Independent Validation and Verification (IV & V) support services to the OCC Information Technology Sercices Division. The OCC seeks contractor services to assist in the development, implementation and update of enterprise plans, policies and procedures. The contractor shall also provide operational support for change management, configuration management, release management, testing, quality assurance and SDLC Support.
