- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District is in need of two utility vehicles, the same or equal to: John Deere Gator CX 4x2 with Property Care Package. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Berlin Center, OH, 44401-9714 within 10 days of date of award. Solicitation will be posted on FBO. All quotes must be received NLT 6 A.M. Eastern, on Tuesday, 09 August 2011 in order to be considered.
