- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for Equipment on a brand name or equivalent for the United States Military Group - Colombia (USMILGP-CO). The contractor will be responsible for shipping the items to Bogota, Colombia within 60 days after date of contract award. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 4 August 2011. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
