- This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. A Firm Fixed Priced Contract is contemplated. The RFQ will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. Offeror may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC 7310, the NAICS code is 333294, and the size standard is 500 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Defense Commisary Agency (DeCA).
