- Dear Networx and Connections Contract Holders, The General Services Administration, Network Services Division, is interested in a capabilities and interest statement from your organization in support of a pending requirement. As a part of market research, capabilities statements can be used for acquisition planning and provide the customer with knowledge about your firm's capabilities. Please follow the instructions closely in the attached documentation. The customer has requested that capabilities and interest statements be returned to me via email. Statements are due no later than August 5, 2011, 5:00 p.m. CDT. All statements returned will be forwarded to the customer for review. Businesses with the capability to provide the services listed in the draft statement are requested to submit an electronic capability and interest statement that does not exceed two (2) pages (with the exception of the title page). The capability and interest package shall be concise and focused. 2. The capability and interest package shall be company specific. Capability and interest packages that include teaming partners, subcontractors, etc. are not solicited and will not be reviewed. 3. Sales brochures, videos, and other marketing information materials are not solicited and will not be reviewed. 4. Cost or price information is not solicited and will not be reviewed. 5. Interested Networx and Connections industry partners shall submit an electronic copy response via email to this announcement. The due date and time for submission of responses is August 5, 2011 5:00 pm Central Time.. 6. No phone calls related to this RFI will be accepted. All correspondence shall be via email. All responses must include the following information: a. Networx or Connections contract number; b. Company name; c. Company address; d. Point-of-contact name, telephone number, and email address. Capabilities: Business 1. Provide a summary of your company's relevant performance-based experience in running cable, installing VoIP systems and providing SIP services. 2. Provide a possible solution and your approach to how you would provide SIP service to this location to include what type phone system you would install. 3. Provide at least two client references (name, project, phone number, and email). SUBMISSION RESPONSE DUE DATE IS EXTENDED TO AUGUST 12, 2011 5:00 pm CENTRAL TIME.
