Delivery: *ARO IAW DD FORM 1423-1, 1.00 LO Duration of Contract Period: 30 September 2011 through 29 September 2012 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. OO-ALC/GHGGB is contemplating a sole source award to Lockheed MartinMissiles and Fire Control-Orlando, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL,32819-8907. It is intended that the award be made to support on-goingaircraft integration and technical support efforts involving A-10; B-1;B-52; F-15E; F-16 Blocks 30-50; and F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF).The contract is targeted for an award date of September 2011 and run for1 year through September 2012. The offeror will provide the following:1) Support of all WCMD aircraft integration activities on the citedplatforms to include technical support, flight test support to includeweapon build up and tear down, test plan reviews, technical meetingsupport, WCMD telemetery data analysis, System Integration Lab (SIL)support, and WCMD Operational Flight Program (OFP) support; 2) ProvideWCMD software updates; 3) Servicing, maintenance and software support ofWCMD Weapon Simulator Units (WSUs), System Support Simulators (SSSs) andDual System Support Simulators (DSSSs); 4) Maintenance of USAF and FMS,if cases arise, WCMD mission planning weapon planning module (WPM) forthe Mission Planning Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) toincludeWCMD fly out model (FOM) support; 5) Control and maintenance ofWCMD interface control documentation (ICD) and other configurationcontrol processes to include interface control working group (ICWG)meetings; 6) General WCMD weapons engineering support activities toinclude bu limited to failure and systems analysis and systems training.The offeror must be currently qualified to provide all capabilitiescited. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract is contemplated.This is not a Request for Proposal and it is not the Government'sintention to pay for information solicited at this time. The Governmentintends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under theauthority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties shall submit acapabilities packaage, which addresses all requirements listed in thisannouncement. Forward qualification packages to the contact listed inthis synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement describedare incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by theGovernment. To include all required reports and data.
