- Appendix 3 Appendix 2 Appendix 1 Barcode Labels Solicitation The Library of Congress, Collections Access, Loan and Management Division (CALM) intends to purchase an estimated 4 million pre-printed labels or 4,000 rolls of IBAL labels made of 3-mil white opaque polyester with 2-mil acrylic adhesive 3M#350. The Library of Congress requires purchasing two sizes of labels as needed to be able to accommodate the inventory of all formats in the Library's collections. Fonts of letters and numbers size must match the samples provided in this solicitation. The sequencing of numbers to be printed on the barcodes will be determined by the Library of Congress.
