- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to IMMIX Technology Inc, 3444 Westpark Drive Ste 200, McLean, VA 22102-5112, a small business, for on-line ARC Sight software maintenance. The period of performance is 31 August 2011 through 30 August 2012. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting From a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334111 - Electronic Computer Manufacturing. with a size standard of 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 10:00 am CST 19 August 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
