- Sole Source emergency procurement to McGean Rocho CeeBee brands. Emergency purchase for cleaning chemicals. CEE-BEE A-477 CEE-BE J84AL CEE-BEE J-84 Emergency Justification: This material is used in the chemical cleaning process. Lack of this material has added to a work stoppage on all F110 gearbox housings. The chemical is needed to build up a new aint stripper bath to enable TAFB to begin processing gearbox housings without abrasive blasting them. The work stoppagehas grounded aircraft and depleted supply orf gearboxes which could potentially ground more. The impact for a grounded aircraft is $5,000.00 per day.
