The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition in 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5M. A MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE AND BID OPENING IS SCHEDULED FOR 11:00 AM ON AUGUST 11, 2011. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE TO MEET AT THE PROJECT SITE LOCATED IN PORTAGE, CAMBRIA COUNTY, PA. REFER TO THE LAST PAGE OF THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE SITE. Bids will be opened at the project site on August 11, 2011 at a time to be determined by the Contracting Officer following the completion of the pre-bid conference. Bidders will be required to provide an original hard copy of the completed and signed IFB along with their AML Contractor Information Form to the Contracting Officer at the time determined by the Contracting Officer on August 11, 2011 following the completion of the pre-bid conference. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to have a DUNs number, register in the Central Contractor Registration at ccr.gov data base and complete on line representations and certifications at orca.bpn.gov. Award will not be made to a contractor who has not satisfied these requirements.
