- SYNOPSIS - N40085-11-T-9815, Electronic Bulletin Boards, Flat Screen Signage Display Equipment, Installation, Training, and One Year Warranty. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide thirty-one (31) each Electronic Bulletin Boards, flat screen signage display equipment, installation and training on how to use the equipment and one year warranty and on site technical support service. The supplies and services described in this Performance Work will be located at various locations. This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, FSC Code is 5836, and the employee size standard is 750. The proposed procurement is set-aside for small business. The RFP will be available in electronic format only (Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)) and will be posted on the electronic solicitation website on or about 16 August 2011. Estimated proposal due date shall be at least 5 days after the RFP is posted on the NECO website. The site address is http://neco.navy.mil. Notifications of any updates or amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the website only. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the NECO website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR CHANGES. All prospective contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Failure to register in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
