- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego, Contracting Department in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price requirement on a sole source basis to Horizons Incorporated dba Imaging Systems, cage code 02811, from 18531 South Miles Rd. Cleveland, Ohio 44128 for one (1) Model 70 Dry-to-Dry Plate processor p/n 07826, one (1) metal photo rinse processor p/n 07828, one (1) 26-1KS MH Exposure System w/screen p/n 07950 and other associated equipment. These items are being procured in order to support the South West Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, CA. This requirement is being issued on a sole source basis to Horizon Incorporated dba Imaging Systems who has all the technical requirements, specifications, data and patent rights on these items. The Government has no specifications/drawings. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for said items is 332812.
