- References Instructions to Quoters The US Dept. of Commerce, Northeast Fisheries Science Center, Highlands, NJ is soliciting quotes for the haul out of the R/V NAUVOO. The contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, and personnel to satisfy the requirement. Contractors must be located with 100 miles of Highlands, NJ. Haul out preparations must begin before September 30, 2011. The request for quote (RFQ) file is attached. The file includes Instructions to Quoters Request for Quote Statement of Work Clauses References (due to file size only three references are attached. Contractors may Google the remaining references) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for this requirement. The requirement is set aside for small business. The FSC Code is J020 and the NAICS is 336611. This service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures. Interested parties unable to open the attached file, may request a copy of the request for quotation package by contacting Donna Sanchez. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Donna.Sanchez@noaa.gov. Period of performance must begin before September 30, 2011. All contractors must be registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) database to be considered for an award by the Federal government. The government also requires all contractors submit their Certification and Representation (ORCA) through the on-line Business Partner Network (BPN). The BPN is the single source for vendor data for the federal government. For CCR and ORCA information and registration, contractors should go on-line to https://www.bpn.gov.
