- 1 Each Horiba Jobin Yvon Aqualog Spectrophotometer or equal with controlling software.. All responsible sources having the ability to furnish this or compatible equipment may submit a quote in accordance with FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, to the Contract Specialist no later than the closing date of this announcement at 1400 Pacific Savings Time. As required by FAR 5.101(a)(1), the forthcoming solicitation (G11PS00788) will be made available through the GPE on or about 5 August 2011. All responses must be in writing by hard copy to the Contract Specialist or by e-mail to tpeck@usgs.gov. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds.
