- The Rock Island Arsenal JMTC (Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center) has a requirement for 4130 Structural Steel Plates to ASTM A829. This requirement is anticipated to be competed between BPA holders only. However, outside offers will be entertained. Vendors must register in the CCR database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed online at http://www.ccr.gov/. The anticipated close date for offers is 8/12/2011.
